What is linguistics? What is the relationship between language and other cognitive functions, such as memory and attention? What are the peculiarities of the Greek language? How will artificial intelligence affect the science of linguistics?

Answers to these questions are provided by the guest of the show, Spyridoula Varlokosta, professor of linguistics in the Department of Philology at the University of Athens (EKPA) and director of the university’s Laboratory of Psycholinguistics and Neurolinguistics. She unveils the secrets of language study and discusses Greek as a heritage language in the diaspora.
