Vasilis Gisdakis visits “Our Town” | 20.10.2024, 12:00

On Sunday, October 20th, from 12:00 to 14:00 Athens time, the show “Our Town” will host the charismatic singer Vasilis Gisdakis.

Gisdakis will talk about the most significant moments in his fascinating artistic journey, recalling composers and lyricists with whom he collaborated, as well as special places where he has performed.

He will make a special reference to the beginning of his career and Manos Hadjidakis, who trusted him, giving him the opportunity to sing these beautiful songs at a young age, often under the direction of the composer himself. This was a life-changing experience that helped him in his future steps.

Vasilis Gisdakis will also discuss other musicians and artists he admires, the music he enjoys such as rock and rebetiko, and his love for poetry. He will speak about the magic of radio, his love for his city, and his travels.

Produced and presented by Themis Rodamitis
