On Sunday, October 27th, from 12:00 to 14:00 Athens tim, the radio show “Our Town” will present a tribute to Melina Mercouri. This special broadcast will highlight the life of this significant Greek figure—an extraordinary woman and actress—by focusing on her as both an artist and a person.
In the studio, Georges Archimandritis, a writer, creator of radio and television documentaries, and a PhD holder in comparative literature from the Sorbonne, will discuss Mercouri’s fascinating life and career in both Greece and internationally.
