Mariano Manikis is a photographer, visual artist, architect, and cultural manager. He has developed an extensive artistic career, with solo exhibitions in Argentina and abroad, including Barcelona, Brazil, Cuba, and Switzerland. His work spans photography, painting, installations, and urban interventions, often linked to tango, the city of Buenos Aires, and the sacred element.
As a cultural manager, he founded and directed art galleries and organized major exhibitions and urban art projects, collaborating with established artists. He has coordinated socially engaged interventions addressing issues such as migration and refugees. He has received numerous awards, including First Prize at the National Salon of Visual Arts, as well as distinctions from the Argentine Federation of Photography. He is also actively involved in artistic groups and serves as Vice President of the Peloponnesian Association of Argentina.
