Stories of people from all over Greece: of their hometowns, stories of love, stories that changed Greece or defined it, modern or old stories. Stories that are not recorded in the history books and that could easily be lost in time.

Monday 28 August: ”The greatest scam of my life”

Perhaps ‘easy money’ isn’t that easy, after all. Giorgos Giannoulakis was living the high life with all the money, confort and luxury he could wish for…until the day his beloved uncle’s scam came to light. Up util the day, his uncle’s whereabouts are unkown.

Wednesday 30 August: ”Konstantinos Rigos: Around the world through dance”

The first memory he has of dancing was as a teenager, outside the “Pallas” cinema in Pagrati, after the movie “Saturday Night Fever”. Konstantinos Rigos, Ballet Director of the Greek National Opera, recalls his first trips abroad: Tbilisi, Batumi, Bogota, Caracas.

Friday 01 September: ”Hijackings and aircraft crashes at the abandoned airport

Deadly hijackings and fatal plane crashes, as experienced by the former director of Ellinikon International Airport.
