Konstantina Patsi visits “Our Town” | 14 Oct. 2024, 19:00

On Monday, October 14, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Athens time), the show “Our Town” will feature Konstantina Patsi. The young and talented performer will engage in a discussion with Themis Rodamitis in the studio about Greek tradition and its relationship with modernity, as well as topics concerning youth today.

Konstantina will share insights about her hometown, Ioannina, discussing its musical culture, prominent soloists, and local festivities. The conversation will touch on the country’s music education system, the role of music schools, and the significance of auditory perception as a means of understanding music, as well as the emergence of new talented voices.
She will also delve into themes such as the age of appearance, artistic time, passion, flirtation, water, and death. Additionally, she will talk about her collaborations with notable musicians, including the esteemed Stefanos Dombarakis, and emphasize the importance of thoughtful arrangements of traditional songs.

Expect to hear some of her songs delivered with her distinctive interpretation.
