She explains why she chose distant Australia and why she ultimately feels vindicated by this decision.
The Greek philologist from Orestiada, who began her career as a teacher in Melbourne and later conceived the idea of establishing a school for the children of newly arrived Greeks, shares her passion for the Greek language. She also explains why Greeks in Australia uphold traditions as if they never left their homeland.
