The new year of “Historical Walks” begins with a show dedicated to the art of mindfulness and meditation.

Our guest is entrepreneur Themis Vassarmidis, creator of the first Greek app titled Mindfulness Greece, which aims to reduce stress, enhance concentration, and improve mental well-being.

This app has already attracted more than 500,000 users, making it a leader in its field in Greece. In other countries, mindfulness apps are prescribed by doctors, offered for free by companies to their employees, and provided by municipalities to residents, while in the UK it is even taught in schools.

Themis Vassarmidis will share how he was inspired to create the app, the importance of mindfulness in daily life, the feedback he has received from users, and ultimately how technology can become a widespread tool for our mental health and well-being.
