Composer, conductor, and orchestrator Nikos Platyrachos, passionate about his work, never stops experimenting and creating, after “Seeds of Smyrna”, “The Great Demonstration of One Man”, the new work with music by Nikos Platyrachos and lyrics by Dimitris Lentzos, out now by record company MLK. This is a series of songs of romantic protest, in the form of a peculiar folk manifesto, coming from that One person who transcends the worldly and like a modern prophet proclaims his personal emotional world, aiming to change both the world and the future. The songs are marked by a variety of arrangements and experimental timbres, as well as an alternation of rhythms and moods, reminiscent of a soundtrack of a hypothetical film.
