On Thursday, November 21, at 12:00 PM (Athens time), the program Imprint, hosted by Fuli Zavitsanou, will feature Theodosia Anthopoulou, Professor of Social Geography in the Department of Social Policy at Panteion University. The discussion is inspired by the Greek edition of Pierre Raffard’s book Geopolitics of Food and Gastronomy, published by the University of Crete Press, and the debates it has sparked.

Anthopoulou will delve into key topics addressed in the book, including the issue of nutrition from the consumer’s perspective, the meaning of food justice, and what actions we can all take to advocate for it.
