“What do vegans eat on Tsiknopempti?” | 21 Feb. 2025, 10:00

Vegetarianism has evolved significantly over the past decades, gaining widespread popularity in Greece and worldwide. This shift has brought about many questions—chief among them: “What on earth do vegans eat on Tsiknopempti?”

On Saturday, February 21, 2025, at 10:00 Athens time, Ariadni’s Thread will tackle this question, featuring Elli Stourna, co-founder of the NGO Vegan Life and a queer feminist, along with vegan chef Nikos Gaitanos.

At the end of the day, what matters most is celebrating the way you like—surrounded by good company and delicious food, whether that’s a steak or a grilled mushroom!
