With a long-standing presence in the United States and a notable career on the international jazz and Latin music scene, Dimitris Kastaris speaks about his journey from Thessaloniki to New York, his Greek roots, and his deep connection to music.
Through a meaningful and personal conversation, he reflects on the links between Byzantine music and contemporary creation, his work with the Latin Jazz Coalition orchestra, and his new recording project, which bridges cultures and musical traditions.
