“Songs of Resistance” | 15 Nov. 2025, 10:00

There were once songs written to encourage, to unite, and to remind us that nothing is ever simply given. Songs born of resistance – and although times change, their pulse remains. From the railings of the Polytechnic to today’s everyday “frontlines,” their words feel more relevant than ever.

On Saturday 15 November 2025, at 10:00 Athens time, the programme “Ariadni’s Thread” welcomes singer Natalia Kotsani and accordionist Vaggelis Papageorgiou for a two-hour tribute marking the anniversary of freedomwith songs that have carried the meaning of resistance across generations.
