July has arrived, summer is in full swing, and whether we’ve already set off or are still counting down the days, vacation season is finally here. While returning to the family village remains a cherished tradition for many, it is no longer the only way to spend the summer.

In the coming episodes of On the Road, we’ll explore different ways of traveling and unwinding to discover which style of vacation suits us best. The journey begins on Friday, 3 July, when Michalis Atsalis and Olina Georgakopoulou (Olina Alsi) join us for a conversation about city breaks, staycations, and the “parallel city where everyone is dancing.”
