The 9th International Kalamata Music Days on “Our Town” | 01 Sept. 2025, 22:00 

On Monday, 1 September 2025, from 22:00 to 23:00 Athens time, the Voice of Greece program “Our Town” with Themis Rodamitis showcases the 9th International Kalamata Music Days. 

Guest on the program will be composer and pianist Stathis Gyftakis, founding member of the festival and Artistic Director of the Kalamata Municipal Conservatory. He will share the vision and philosophy behind this year’s event, its strong educational dimension, its outreach to international audiences, and the cultural footprint it leaves on the city of Kalamata. 

Also joining the conversation will be Dimitris Lampos, cellist and Artistic Co-Director of the festival, who will speak about the diversity of the 2025 program and the common ground uniting all participants: the shared experience of music and the timeless value of human connection.
