The IMO Secretary-General Mr. Arsenio Dominguez was a guest at the 14th Capital Link shipping conference held in Athens and spoke to Antonis Karagiannakis on Fair Winds and Following Seas. Mr. Dominguez, among others, stressed that “I congratulate the Greek Merchant Marine for its contribution to the Global Shipping and economy. Greece has always been at the forefront of all the challenges and decisions we had to face. We owe a lot to Greek seafarers and the Greek Merchant Marine for what they have done and are doing to ensure shipping and trade. A big thank you for the work that GREEK SEAFARERS are doing”
