A two-hour tribute to the great and unforgettable Mikis Theodorakis, the composer of Romiosini (Greece) and the world, a fighter in the struggle against dictatorship, was presented on September 4th by Giannis Papoutsakis’ broadcasting program “Journeys basking in Greek light”, on the occasion of the completion of one year since his passing. Excerpts from his works were featured: ”Epitaphios”, ”Axion Esti”, ”Ta tragoudia tou agona”, ”Mauthausen”, ”Politeia A”, ”Tis exorias”, ”Enas omiros”, “Ta laika”, “Romiosyni”, “Lipotachtes”, “Lyrika” and from the films “A Neighborhood Named ‘The Dream” and “Phaedra”
