Mr Manolis Koutoulakis, Secretary General of the of the Aegean and Island Policy of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, spoke about the contract for the supply of eleven (11) vessels properly equipped with sanitary equipment, over 11m in length, signed last Friday (7/6) by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Viking Norsafe Life-Saving Equipment Hellas.
He also referred to the issue of water shortage on our islands and what measures – solutions should be taken, and the issue of training and attracting young people to the Merchant Shipping industry.
