Athina Vorilla was born in Manhattan, studied journalism, and worked — among others — for the New York Times. Yet nostalgia for her father’s music and her lifelong love for Greece brought her here… This New Yorker, who declares herself in love with Schinoussa, has been living in Greece since 2005. She has left behind skyscrapers and crowds, and now works based in Athens in the field of Public Relations and Communications, with a specialization in tourism.
