On May 11th, the show “Journeys Basking in Greek Light” with Giannis Papoutsakis presented a heartfelt two-hour tribute to Mother’s Day. The program featured moving poems by Vlachos, Markoras, Polemis, and Sperantzas, along with beloved songs dedicated to motherhood, performed by voices such as Kazantzidis, Bithikotsis, Poulopoulos, Dalaras, Mitropanos, Tsanaklidou, Farantouri, Marinella, Hadjīs, Dantonaki, Thalassinos, Konstantakopoulos, Vitali, and Koullia.
