126 years ago, on 18 March 1900, the historic Ajax was founded—Aias of Amsterdam, in Greek. After extensive and meticulous research, we traced all the teams in Greece and Cyprus that followed in the footsteps of the legendary Ajax.
In total, 46 teams bear the names Aias, Aiantas, or Ajax. The research is presented in two parts, in alphabetical order.
Today’s episode begins in Agionori, Corinth, and Alethriko in Larnaca, and reaches as far as Elaiochori in Halkidiki and Evosmos.
