Swedes do not usually express themselves publicly, but most are annoyed by Turkey’s stance on Sweden’s request to join NATO, said Dimitris Karkamanis, former financial officer of the Swedish Air Force (AF), operational analyst at the Hellenic Armed Forces General Staff and financial officer of the Gripen program at the Swedish Air Force Headquarters, speaking on the show “Our Global Voice” on the Voice of Greece and to Dimitris Kontogiannis and Petros Diplas.
He advocated for removing obstacles that make it difficult for expatriates to vote in Greek elections and for voting by mail because it would allow people who cannot go to vote in person at Greek consulates and embassies to vote in person on elections days.
