On Thursday, April 24th, 2024, we started with a connection with Samos, with ERT correspondent on the island, Charis Zavoudakis informing us about the very encouraging messages in relation to tourism for this summer but also the infrastructure that must be upgraded as time passes to respond. Then, and after the newspapers, we discussed with the chairwoman of the National Commission on Human Rights, Ms. Maria Gavunelis, the alarming data published by the Network of Registration of Incidents of Racist Violence for 2023, with a clear increase, almost 100% of the incidents and we sought the causes of this phenomenon. Just before 11 a.m., we started our meeting with the candidates for the MEPs, talking with Mr. Socrates Aliftiras, a candidate with the Freedom Front, is a press representative of the Larissa Federation of Agricultural Associations, with whom we also discussed the issue of the Common Agricultural Policy, which has recently mobilized European farmers.
