On the Thursday, 4 September 2025 broadcast we received a warm good morning from Syros and ERT’s correspondent on the island, Lina Theologitou, who spoke in detail about the initiative of the Parents’ Association of Syros to create a platform listing available rental properties, aimed at helping teachers appointed or transferred to the island.
After the day’s headlines, we talked with journalist Foivos Klaudianos about the latest current affairs. In the second hour, actress Danae Loukaki joined us live at the studio of Voice of Greece studio. She spoke about the continuation of ERT’s successful drama series “Electra” and its upcoming third season, premiering on 15 September, about the demanding filming schedule, as well as the strong bonds that have developed with her fellow cast members. We also learned that in December she will appear in a comedy film, shot over the summer, in which she plays the leading role. She also discussed her work on the Greek translation of Simon Stephens’ play “Vanya”, which was staged last spring at the Art Theatre (Theatro Technis) starring Yorgos Karamihos.
