On “Voices and Music”, we welcomed young artist Maria Lotzianioti to the studio for an in-depth and engaging conversation. We explored her first steps in music in Ioannina, her choral experiences, and her studies in the University of Ioannina’s Department of Physics.
Maria discussed the creative connections between physics and advanced music theory, particularly harmony and counterpoint. She also spoke about her training at Delos Drama School and her experiences performing in the television series “Saint Paisios: From Farasa to Heaven” and “Transparent Love,” as well as in theater productions.
We also discussed her live performances at music venues in Athens, her songwriting and composition, and her upcoming artistic plans. She closed by sending her warmest wishes to Greeks around the world.
