Tune in to Voice of Greece on Friday 15 & Friday 22 September to catch the 3rd and the 4th episodes of the 14-part radio documentary series ”Silent tracks: The people behind the Holocaust”, based Thomas Sideris’ book by the same title.
[with Greek Audio].
The 3rd and 4th episodes of the series are dedicated to Władysław (Władek) Szpilman, the master pianist who managed to survive initially inside the Warsaw Ghetto and then in the narrow periphery outside it throughout the war.
On these two radio episodes, ERT and Voice of Greece listeners will have the opportunity to hear Szpilman’s shocking oral testimony recounting all the events from the Nazi invasion to the liberation of Poland.
