Iphigenia Siafaka is the “Poet of the Week” on Voice of Greece | 06-12 Jan. 2025

Seven poems every week, one Greek poem each day, travels through “Voice of Greece,” reaching the corners of the earth where Greek voices can be heard.

Poet Iphigenia Siafaka from Belgium “kicks off” 2025. Her poems will be broadcast from Monday, January 6, 2025, to Sunday, January 12, 2025.

Iphigeneia Siafaka was born in Athens in 1967. She graduated with a University degree in Classics and has worked as teacher of Greek literature, copywriter, translator and editor. She has attended drama and graphic design classes. She writes essays, prose, poetry and literary criticism. Since 2016 she has been editing the prose and poetry anthology Dip Generation. To date she has published 13 books (educational books, novels, short stories, poetry, theatre plays). She lives in Brussels.
