On Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM Athens, the show “Imprint” with Fuli Zavitsanou welcomes the digital creator and content maker Jo Di (Dimitris Ioakeimidis), on the occasion of his upcoming solo exhibition titled “Jo Di – Between Reality and the Internet,” presented by Lofos Art Project from April 26 to May 8 in Kypseli (39 Velvendou Street).
A Greek of the diaspora, Jo Di engages deeply with Greece’s political and social discourse through his distinctive digital practice—an evocative blend of virtual landscapes, sharp-edged memes, and fleeting online vignettes. His platform, jodi.graphics, has become a landmark of political satire and resistance, offering pointed commentary on state corruption and the disinformation propagated by mainstream media.
In this conversation, he reflects on his new exhibition, his aesthetic and political inquietudes, and the evolving role of digital art as a medium of dissent and civic disobedience.
