This Holy Saturday, April 19th, “Remarkable Personalities” is dedicated to the meaning and rich symbolism of Easter in Orthodoxy, as well as to the customs and traditions surrounding the most significant celebration of Christianity.

Mina Ralli welcomes to “Voice of Greece” three distinguished guests: Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Messinia, Metropolitan Ignatios of Dimitriada, and Evangelos Karamanes, Research Director at the Hellenic Folklore Research Centre.

The episode will explore the deeper spiritual message of Easter, the festive traditions and unique customs that accompany it, and the modern-day significance of the Resurrection in the lives of the faithful.
