On Thursday, September 21, 2023, 12:00 Greek time, the show “Imprint” on “Voice of Greece” with Fuli Zavitsanou, meets the Professor of Historical Musicology of the University of Athens, Nikos Maliaras, on the occasion of the multi-spectacle “Koyaanisqatsi: Life out of Balance/Live at the Acropolis 40th Anniversary (1983-2023)” presented on September 30, 2023, at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, with a screening of the film and a concert by the famous Philip Glass Ensemble and the Academia Athens Youth Choir which he conducts.
He talks about the content and aesthetics of this unique audiovisual work, about the environmental and anthropological collapse that he prophetically heralded 40 years ago and, of course, about its presentation at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, which, without a doubt, is a major cultural event for the city.
