On Thursday, 23 April 2026, at 12:00 (Athens time), the program “Imprint” with Fuli Zavitsanou, marking World Book Day, is dedicated to reading groups—an important institution of civil society that promotes a love of reading, knowledge, and meaningful communication.
The program features Vivi Georgantopoulou, a pioneer in the voluntary and independent establishment of reading groups and their networking across Greece, and Evdokia Michalopoulou, coordinator of the Reading Group at the Greek Library of London.
Together, they discuss the history, operation, and significance of reading groups in fostering communities, both within Greece and abroad.
