On Thursday, 21 May 2026, at 12:00 Athens time, the Voice of Greece program “Imprint”, produced and presented by Fuli Zavitsanou, welcomes Vasiliki Petsa, writer and researcher in Comparative Literature, on the occasion of her recent lecture at the Centre for Research on the Humanities titled: “A Postcolonial Reading of Greek-Australian and Italian-Australian Literature.”
Speaking live in the Voice of Greece studio, Vasiliki Petsa reflects on her literary and academic journey, discussing diasporic literature beyond nostalgia and idealized notions of homeland. She explores the complex social stratifications and interrelationships within migrant communities in Australia, as well as their perspective toward the Indigenous Other.
