On the show, journalist and author Isabella Zampetaki was hosted. She recently spoke at an event with 450 expatriates about Cretan cuisine, invited by the Philoptochos Society of the Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago. Ms. Zampetaki also discussed modern Greek gastronomy and the necessary networking that must be established with the expatriate community to promote Greek cuisine.
