The chairman of the Organizing Committee of AEGEAN 600 and president of Hellenic Offshore Racing Club (HORC), Giannis Maragoudakis, spoke to “FAIR WINDS AND FOLLOWING SEAS” and Voice of Greece about the tragic incident involving the 40-year-old French sailor who died off Kasos on Monday night, during the second day of the international sailing race.

He stated that from the moment the incident occurred, they have been in constant communication with the Single Search and Rescue Coordination Center of the Ministry of Merchant Shipping and the Kasos Port Authority, which are working with judicial authorities to carry out all necessary procedures.
