At the Top of Europe in the 1,500m Freestyle!
Artemis Vasilaki won the gold medal with a time of 16:22.20 in the 1,500m freestyle at the European Swimming Championships in Slovakia, in the under-23 age category.
She also took the bronze medal in the 800m freestyle, clocking in at 08:34.35 and securing a place on the podium once again.
Speaking on the ERT World Radio Voice of Greece, and the show “Athletic Voice” with Grigoris Nanis, Artemis shared the story of how she achieved these two major successes in Samorin — lending her voice to the collective voice of all Greeks.
