Greece claimed its 17th medal at the World Indoor Athletics Championships, with Emmanouil Karalis winning silver in the pole vault event in Poland.
Renowned coach Giorgos Pomaski—one of the most distinguished in the world in terms of achievements—offered his analysis of the Greek participation (seven athletes in total), as well as the overall competition. He joined his voice with that of Greeks everywhere through ERT’s global radio, Voice of Greece, on the program “Athletic Voice” with Grigoris Nannis.
