On the Friday, December 6, 2024 show, after the newspaper headlines and current affairs update, we spoke with Mr. Kostas Papadakis, lawyer, former board member of the Athens Bar Association, and civil action lawyer in the Golden Dawn trial, on the anniversary of the murder of Alexis Grigoropoulos in December 2008.
In the second hour, Mr. Efthymios Lekkas, professor of Geology and Management of Natural Disasters at the University of Athens, answered questions regarding the actions and bold decisions that the organized state must take to reduce the impacts of extreme phenomena caused by the Climate Crisis. He also informed us about his field visit to the islands of Rhodes and Limnos, following the passage of the storm Bora.
Finally, we spoke with the professor of Linguistics and researcher at the Center for Research on Modern Greek Dialects and Idioms, Stamatios Mpeis, about his book titled The Dialect of Larissa, which will be presented on December 10.
