Domestic football competitions in Greece concluded with AEK winning the Greek championship for the 14th time in the club’s history, while OFI captured the Greek Cup for only the second time, repeating its triumph of the 1986–87 season.
Former international footballer Petros Karavitis shared his analysis and assessment of the current state of Greek football, both at club and national-team level, while also discussing developments in the global game.
A winner of four league titles and three Greek Cups, Karavitis began his career with Haidari before going on to play for AEK, Olympiacos, and Proodeftiki, as well as the Greek national team. During the interview, he also reflected on his own football journey, joining his voice with those of Greeks around the world through ERT’s international radio service, Voice of Greece, on “Athletic Voice” with Grigoris Nanis.
