Professor Eleftherios Platon of the Department of History and Archaeology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens speaks about the history of the Minoan Civilization and the Palace of Knossos, the excavations of Arthur Evans that brought invaluable finds to light, the myth of the Minotaur and the labyrinth, as well as the social life and architecture of the Minoan palaces.
