The mayor of the Heroic Island of Psara, Konstantinos Vratsanos, takes the helm of the program “Fair Winds and Following Seas” on Voice of Greece. He guides us, in his own way, through his beloved and historic island — looking back at its past and diving into its rich history, as he himself descends from one of Psara’s notable historic families, the family of Dimitris and Antonis Vratsanos.
“The construction of the new 600 sq.m. Health Center of Psara, with a budget of 2,280,000 euros, is progressing. The Minister of Health visited the site yesterday. Our biggest challenge now is staffing it with a doctor and nursing personnel,” Mr. Vratsanos noted, among other things.
