Kostas Papakostopoulos, director and artistic director of the Greek-German Theatre of Cologne, traveled from Cologne to join us in the Voice of Greece studio. The acclaimed director discussed his forthcoming production of Samuel Beckett’s landmark play “Krapp’s Last Tape,” which will be staged in Cologne.
The Greek-German Theatre of Cologne has now marked 36 years of artistic activity in the city, building a devoted audience made up primarily of non-Greeks. Over the past decade, many of its productions have also been staged in Athens.
