On Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 12:00 Athens time, the show “Imprint” with Fuli Zavitsanou will meet Dimitra Koutoumanou, an independent midwife and advocate for female empowerment through the birthing process, on the occasion of the book Disobedient Mom: A Feminist Perspective on Motherhood by Esther Vivas (Oposito Publications).

They will discuss the phenomenon of obstetric violence, the normalized and prevailing practices of obstetric violence in Greece, and the need for a change in paradigm and the fight for the rights of mothers and newborns.
