On Sunday, December 29, 2024, at 10:00 AM Athens time, the show “Greeks Around the World – Greece in the United Kingdom” with Eliana Nunes will feature economist Christoforos Tsoukis, a macroeconomics expert who has been living in England for the past 30 years.
Christoforos Tsoukis serves as an Assistant Professor in the Economics and Finance group at Keele University in England. He has also taught at various universities in London and across England. He has worked as a Research Officer at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research in London and as a Senior Research Associate at the European Institute of LSE. His new book, “Social and Behavioral Macroeconomics,” co-authored with Frederic Tournemaine and John Driffill, is set to be published in the summer of 2025.
During the show, he will analyze the economic conditions in Greece and England, as well as the challenges faced by both countries in a world being reshaped by artificial intelligence and geopolitical developments, including Trump’s re-election and the war in Ukraine.
