Vangelis Raptopoulos is a guest on Mina Ralli‘s show “Remarkable Personalities”, on Saturday, November 30, 2024, on Voice of Greece.

The well-known author talks about his early steps in writing at a very young age, the works of his that have been adapted for theater, cinema, and television, and the reasons that led him, from the beginning of his career, to write unconventional books.

He explains why he believes we are going through a period of social decline and why he challenges the theory that “the new generation does not read.”

On the occasion of his latest book titled “God is to Blame for Making the World So Beautiful, Allegories from Kazantzakis,” published by Kedros Editions, he discusses the International Society of Friends of Nikos Kazantzakis, which was founded in Geneva, with branches in 131 countries worldwide. He also explains why Nikos Kazantzakis remains one of the most widely read authors around the world.
