“Artificial Intelligence writes its story – and we write ours” | 08 Nov. 2025, 17:00

Kalendis Publications presents nine original stories for children aged nine and above, inspired by the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence. Through the distinct voices and imaginative perspectives of renowned children’s authors — M. Angelidou, K. Dimoka, K. Magos, A. Mastromichalaki, L. Mousioni, E. Perikleous, E. Svoronou, M. Tsogka, and K. Charalas — the collection opens a dialogue with young readers on the uses and possibilities of AI, while affirming the enduring human right to think, question, and imagine freely. The book is introduced by Constantinos Daskalakis, Distinguished Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Head of the Hellenic Committee for Artificial Intelligence (Circle of Ideas Conference – 11 October 2021).

The program “Narratives – Stories and Fairy Tales for All Ages” presents selected excerpts from the book, featuring three fictional stories on Artificial Intelligence. Tune in on Saturday, 08 November 2025, from 17:00 to 18:00, on Voice of Greece.

Artificial Intelligence writes its story — and countless others. Yet within this polyphonic collection, you’ll find tales woven by the human mind. They come from the past, live in the present, and journey into the future — inviting us to smile, to wonder, and to reflect on the miracle of technology that lies, quite literally, in our hands.” [publisher’s note]
