On Sunday, 07 December, at 10:00 a.m. (Athens time), Nadia Peppa is the guest on the program“Greeks Around the World – Greece in Denmark”, presented by Elina Stamatatou.
Nadia Peppa comes from Larymna in Fthiotida and lives in Denmark. At the age of 18 she left Greece to study in the United Kingdom, where she completed a PhD in Developmental Psychopathology and worked within the UK National Health Service (NHS) as well as in academic clinical research centers. She has participated in clinical studies on Huntington’s disease, treatment-resistant depression, personality disorders, and in research on colorectal, esophageal, and breast cancer and their metastases.
Today she works in the design and management of clinical trials in the pharmaceutical industry, contributing to advances in brain research and the neurosciences.
Her multicultural path—from Greece to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and now Denmark—offers her a unique perspective on working with international teams and bridging different approaches and cultures.
Driven by a passion for science and for people, her goal is to help improve patients’ lives through the development of new, innovative treatments.
