On Friday, 12 September 2025, the program “Take Your Time” with Prokopis Agelopoulos will host two accomplished Greek musicians from different generations and backgrounds.
In the first part of the show, at 10:00 Athens time, the guest in the Voice of Greece studio is Katerina Pipili – a multifaceted musician, composer, and performer with a strong background in classical and jazz music. Having already enjoyed a highly successful career in Greece, France, and New York, the Paris-based musician of the Greek diaspora makes a “stop” in Athens to present her debut solo album, Room for Blue.
Then, shortly after 11:00, the program will welcome singer, songwriter, and music educator Katerina Kyrmizi. The artist who won our hearts in the late ’90s and early 2000s reintroduces herself with renewed energy, presenting her brand-new song dedicated to Generation X – the generation born in the early 1970s. Its representatives grew up in the carefree spirit of the ’80s, learned to navigate the digital universe, pursued studies and further studies, only to come of age in a world defined by the economic crisis and the pandemic.
