Mrs. Flora Georgouli from Sifnos, the wife of Captain Leonardos from Sifnos, shares her experiences on “Fair Winds and Folliwong Seas” and Voice of Greece.
She recounts her memories, experiences, and emotions from traveling with her husband to various parts of the world. She fondly recalls the ships “Trias,” “Dora,” “Semiramis,” “Kostis,” and others, and describes the harmonious and joyful times they had during their journeys. She talks about the ports, the people, and the cultures that left an impression on her, as well as her deep love for Sifnos. Lastly, she shared with us the emotions of being both a child and a wife of a seaman.
