I carried within me the seed of my ancestors, one of whom —-the well-known Barbary pirate Tsagis – I can still feel stirring the waters inside me, where, just like him, since childhood I have been sailing on the sea of my soul, guided by my thoughts.”
Captain Angelos Kakonas from Nydri, Lefkada takes the helm of the radio show “Fair Winds and Following Seas” on Voice of Greece, sharing and reading excerpts from his book «Εγώ, ο ναυτικός» (I, the Seaman.)
