“Faraway Words” with Natasa Vissarionos | 24 June 2026

Musician, singer, and songwriter Katerina Fotinaki, who has been based in Paris for many years, joined “Faraway Words” to discuss the lecture-performance “Someone, I Say, Will Remember Me – Women’s Voices from Antiquity to the Present”, which she will present alongside Theodora Psychogiou as part of the Athens Epidaurus Festival on 30 June.

Also joining the program was Tzimis Efthymiou from the artistic network “Event Horizon”, who spoke about the initiative “The Peloponnese Railway Returns Through Art.” The project is an exhibition featuring acclaimed artists from across Greece. Following presentations in Nafplio and Messenia, the exhibition continues to Elis, celebrating the anticipated return of railway service to the region. Its first stop will be Nea Figaleia on 27 June, followed by the Elis Wine and Gastronomy Festival, taking place in Olympia on 3 and 4 July.
